Greetings!

Yess, Finally im back home after a 10 day training at tekong
It was strenuous yet life changing? I cant say for sure now nevertheless,

To My One and Only Yati,
This is for you..

I understand you have faced a lot of problems in your life
while there are happy and bad times, no one can escape them.
Please to do not be sad and disheartened by all of this
it saddens me greatly to see you in such a state
a state of sadness and hurts bottled up together

Everything that happened to us has been set by god
we are his slave and we must never take problems as a torture my dear
challenges are there to make us stronger and not to be bottled up
while the challenges are hard, you need to be patient and always be optimistic
do not fret, and keep telling yourself that there are other more misfortune people
Live life happily and turn the =( into =)
