Stop forcing yourself to do what you dont like to do

I HATE THE VERY FACT THAT I AM FORCING MYSELF TO DO ALOT OF THING
AND FORCING MYSELF TO NOT DO ALOT OF THING

I have to learn to stop myself from such influences
Never ending in its presence to destroy
And i have got to say
